Dear visitor, for me it is always a pleasure to have guests, even in the virtual world. For the lovely town whose mayor I am honoured to be is worthy of Your attention. It is a small town indeed, yet a small town with great history. And the time has come that Székelyudvarhely (Odorheiu Secuiesc – to use its official Romanian name) became a European town, therefore I am devoting all my efforts to make this possible. Everything is in place for us to succeed: we have a historical downtown, with nice little streets, beautiful churches, hundred years old schools and a consciencious and active population. A great deal of labour lays before us, but You, dear visitor, should be unaware of that. Our aim is to present you only with the result of this labour: a well-arranged, beautiful, tidy town with friendly people. Let me invite you to visit our town also in person and have the experience of the fact that it is always an honour and a pleasure for us to have visitors!
